Varinder Singh

Varinder Singh, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently, they are the Senior Director, HR Business Partners at Medely since September 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director, HR Business Partners at Medely from September 2022 to September 2023.

Before joining Medely, Varinder worked at Checkr, Inc. as the Director, People Business Partners from October 2021 to September 2022. Varinder Singh, also worked as the Senior Manager, People Business Partners from April 2020 to September 2021 and as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner from September 2018 to March 2020.

From July 2017 to September 2018, Varinder worked at Twitch as a People Partner, leading enterprise-wide and business unit-specific activities and implementing complex HR programs.

Varinder started their career at PwC as a Human Resources Specialist from December 2011 to May 2015, where they led new hire office orientation and coordinated various HR projects. Varinder Singh, also worked as a Project Coordinator at Agilent Technologies from June 2011 to November 2011 and as a Human Resources Coordinator at E. & J. Gallo Winery from March 2011 to July 2011. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Generalist at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco from May 2015 to February 2016 and as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at App Annie from February 2016 to July 2017.

Varinder Singh, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from California State University, Stanislaus which they completed from 2013-2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from San Jose State University from 2008-2009. Their educational journey began with an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Modesto Junior College which they obtained from 2005-2007. In addition, Varinder Singh has obtained the SPHR / SCP certification from SHRM.
