Inés Pinilla is a Human Resources Director with over 10 years of experience in managing human resource processes. They have expertise in designing and executing plans for talent attraction, retention, and development, and are passionate about leadership and enhancing high-performance skills. Inés has significant experience in identifying talent and succession planning for strategic positions, and has led training, performance, and cultural transformation processes impacting more than 6,000 employees during a corporate merger. Currently, Inés serves as the Coordinator of Development and Cultural Transformation at Méderi while pursuing a degree in Psychology at Fundación Universitaria Konrad Lorenz and holds a Master's in Human Resource Management from EUDE Business School.
