MEDEXPO S.A. was established in Athens, Greece in 2002. Today it is one of the most dynamic companies in Greece organizing trade exhibitions in the sector of material, wood and new technologies. 

MEDEXPO invests in delivering top quality services by continuous improvements in infrastructure, parallel events and by attracting the interest of visitors, great foreign construction firms, as well as the most dynamic companies of Greece.

MEDEXPO S.A. is the organizing company of MEDWOOD, an exhibition held every two years according to the latest standards of quality for the markets of timber-furniture in Greece, the Balkans and Southeastern Europe and is the great exhibition on timber for materials, wood construction, decoration and innovation. 

The objective of the exhibition is to establish a dialectic communication between wood-furniture and architectural design companies, with the innovations and the new trends in design and green architecture and building. The main focus, apart from the sector of manufacturers and furniture-makers, is extroversion and the hotel market. 

MEDEXPO supports the exhibition by a wide and affective communication programme that includes mass media and trade magazines while publishing also the trade magazine "Epipleon", since 2002. 

"EPIPLEON" is a threemonthly magazine. The first issue was published late October 2002 and ever since it has been distributed for free to 10.000 professionals of the field. The EPIPLEON distribution is supported by the homonymous web site www.epipleon.gr. This site is the unique source of prompt information regarding the wood and furniture fields. It disposes the largest news quantity of these fields since it is daily updated by its competent editing department. Furthermore, it disposes a full index of the previous issues thematic structure while allowing the reading of all the relative texts.
