Ben Leonard

Ben Leonard possesses extensive experience in emergency medical services and firefighting. Currently serving as a Firefighter/Paramedic for the City of Whitehall since November 2018 and as a Flight Paramedic for MedFlight since June 2020, Ben also holds the position of President at the Trever Murphy Memorial Foundation. Additionally, Ben has been a Critical Care Outreach Instructor at OhioHealth since December 2015 and previously worked as a Paramedic for the Madison County Emergency Medical District and a Fire Tech for Jackson Township. Ben’s earlier experience includes roles as a Firefighter/Paramedic at Thurston-Walnut TWP and as Director of Operations and EMS Supervisor at Critical Care Transport, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The Ohio State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Emergency Medical Services from Central Ohio Technical College.
