Layla Kwon

Layla Kwon is a startup finance expert and a member of the Korean Institute of Certified Public Accountants (KICPA). With experience leading finance teams in various companies, Layla currently serves as the Finance Team Lead at Mediwhale. Previously, Layla held leadership roles, including ICFR Team Leader at KB Capital and Chief Financial Officer at KB Fintech, where they established financial reporting controls and initiated finance team setups. Layla also worked as a Senior Accountant at Deloitte Korea, specializing in external audits for financial institutions. The education includes pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at 건국대학교.
