Jose

Jose has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years. Jose started their career as an IT Strategy Principal at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, where they were responsible for setting strategic technical directions and overseeing contract negotiations and RFP processes. Jose then became Managing Director of Digital Experience, overseeing the development and operations of the Federal Employee Program's digital experience, including the member portal, mobile apps, and backend applications. In this role, Jose successfully integrated 15 vendor digital operations to a single portal and supervised a cross-functional team in supporting various components of web, portal, application, testing, architecture, and systems tools. Jose is currently a Dev Team member at Media Shield.

They work with Yaser Nahleh - Dev Lead, Shahaf Himo - Paid Ads Specialist, and Angelyn Ramos - Account Success Manager. Jose reports to Chris Johnson, COO.
