Gregory Picard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Gregory started their career in 2003 as an English Language Liaison and Instructor at Dong Eui University, where they led a team of language instructors and administration. Gregory was responsible for classroom planning, scheduling, and curriculum development. In 2005, they joined InsureMe and held various roles including Key Account Manager, where they retained and grew 50% of national revenue through negotiation and implementation of local agent programs. Gregory also served as the Customer Relations Manager 2/CRM Support, training and coaching employees on best practices and dispute resolution. In 2009, they joined Bankrate Insurance as a National Sales - Account Executive, managing multiple line programs and driving revenue through data analysis and product awareness. Gregory was also the department liaison for the technology team. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Hometown Quotes as the Director of Business Development and National Accounts, overseeing business development and national account management. Most recently, in 2017, they joined MediaAlpha as the Director of Supply Partnerships, contributing to the company's advertising technology platform that powers over 25 million high-value transactions annually.
