Joey Cooper

Joey Cooper is an experienced Lead UX Designer currently at Mediabarn, Inc., serving in this role since October 2021 and leading UX design for the IRS Online Account application. Previously, Joey held the same title at Revalize shortly after it acquired Attainia, where significant contributions included developing a comprehensive UX strategy. Prior to that, Joey worked at GlobalMed Telemedicine, enhancing the designer-developer hand-off process, and at DealerOn, Inc., where advocacy for a Design System led to improved design consistency across multiple applications. Additional experiences include UX design internships at USA TODAY and SPSP, as well as a variety of design roles during the education at James Madison University, where a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Arts and Design was obtained.
