Erin Mapes

Erin Mapes has extensive experience in user experience design, currently serving as Director of User Experience Design at Mediafly since December 2018, where responsibilities include enhancing UX across newly acquired products and mentoring teams. Previous roles include UX Design Manager and Sr. UX Designer at Mediafly, where Erin advocated for accessibility standards in design. As a UX Consultant at Anthem, Inc. and Head of Product & Design at Akouba, focus areas included product development and optimizing workflows for loan origination processes. Earlier experience spans positions as Sr. User Experience Designer at mLevel, Sr. User Interface Developer at The SAVO Group, and Interface Designer at Azavar Technologies. Erin holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Iowa State University.
