Ritesh Kumar has extensive experience in the film restoration and digitization industry, currently serving as Supervisor Digitization & Restoration Audio Video Film Quality Control at MediaGuru since August 2014. Ritesh has managed significant projects, including the digitization of 66,300 video carriers and films for a government institution in Qatar. Prior to MediaGuru, Ritesh worked at Reliance MediaWorks Ltd. as Film Supervisor, overseeing a team for the restoration of 1,500 old films and managing operations in the HD Video and Restoration Department. Ritesh's career also includes roles as Team Lead in digital film restoration for Bollywood and Hollywood movies at Prizm Pixal Film Pvt. Ltd., and previous positions in colorization projects and senior colorist roles at Dynacs Digital Studios. Ritesh holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Vinoba Bhave University and various diplomas in animation, multimedia, and audio/video hardware.
