Matt Field has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Matt began their career as a Software Engineer at JDTV before moving on to roles at XLink and KPMG, where they developed software solutions for state government and served as a Senior Consultant, respectively. Matt then joined Recipio as a Software Developer, where they played a key role in the development of a market research and data analytics platform. Recipio was eventually acquired by Informative, where Matt continued as a Software Developer and contributed to the creation of a patented AI algorithm for evaluating surveys.

In 2009, Matt joined Stark Investments as an Enterprise Architect and later became a Product Manager. Their responsibilities included managing product development and leading architectural initiatives. Matt then joined Zywave as the Director of Application Development, successfully building and relocating development teams. Following this, they assumed the role of Senior Vice President of Product Development at Zywave, where they oversaw all development of financial software.

In 2013, Matt joined Advicent Solutions as the Senior Vice President of Product and Development, where they led product strategy and development efforts. Matt later assumed the position of Chief Technology Officer, responsible for driving technological innovation within the company.

Most recently, in 2015, Matt joined Mediaocean, initially as the President of Technology before taking on the role of EVP of Market Development. Their contributions include driving market growth and development strategies.

Throughout their career, Matt Field has demonstrated a strong background in software development, product management, and leadership roles within the technology industry.

From 1992 to 2013, Matt Field attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
