Robert Lydon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and web design. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Customer Experience at Mediaocean since July 2010, Robert has also held the role of Business Analyst within the same company. Previously, Robert operated as a freelance web designer and administered Joomla CMS web portals and MySQL databases from 2006 to July 2010. Robert founded Web-Sked.com, a web-based media schedule display solution, from 2009 to 2010, and had a significant tenure at Zenith Media from 1995 to 2009 as VP Account Manager. Robert began a career in media as a Media Buyer at Bates USA from 1994 to 1995. Robert holds a BA in Communications from the University at Albany.
