In late 1997, Jim Birschbach formed Media Recruiter to serve the media industry in their recruitment efforts. Thus far, MediaRecruiter.com has attracted more than 6,800 listings of media opportunities from some of the top companies nationwide including positions in radio, television, cable, digital media, newspaper, outdoor advertising, and new media. Our organization provides an avenue of communication between media organizations and the best people available in the industry. That includes the 67,000 media professionals we reach each week through various forms of advertising, letter, emails and promotion efforts.

Our goal is to connect talented media professionals with the right team. Other web recruiters pass around resumes - Media Recruiter matches the best candidates with the best companies.
