Tom Rice

Tom Rice is currently the Chairman at SoundVida, a position they have held since 2023. They have extensive experience in advisory roles, serving at multiple companies including Vir2us, KraftWerk, and Samauri Labs from 2018 to the present. Previously, Rice was the President of ActiveSky from 2002 to 2004 and held various positions ranging from Decision Analyst at SRI in the late 1970s to General Partner at Cornerstone Ventures from 1985 to 1997. They earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Stanford University, where they also completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
