Jessi Turnure

Jessi Turnure is a seasoned multimedia journalist with extensive experience in political reporting and broadcasting. Currently serving as a Multimedia Journalist at MediaSource since July 2025, Turnure previously held the position of Senior National Correspondent at Nexstar Media Group, Inc., where responsibilities included pitching stories related to Congress and the White House. Notably, Turnure was the first on-camera female host of Capitol View during tenure at KARK 4, overseeing interviews with high-profile guests and managing production logistics. Career milestones include significant roles at KAIT-TV, NBC KOMU-TV 8, and Thomson Reuters, where Turnure covered impactful stories, including investigations into political issues and health crises. Turnure holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia, complemented by a minor in Spanish and international experience from Université libre de Bruxelles.
