Darren Bacon is currently the Practice Development Director at IPOS Mediation, a role they have held since 2025. They have over 25 years of experience in the legal sector, previously serving as a Case Manager at IPOS Mediation from 2020 to 2025, and as a Practice Manager at 11KBW from 2005 to 2018. Earlier in their career, Darren worked as a Barrister's Clerk at both 199 Strand and Littleton Chambers.
