Achuta Thippana

Achuta Thippana is a Design Manager and Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at MediaTek Inc., with over 20 years of experience in high-speed and low-power wireless application processors, microprocessors, and microcontrollers. They have successfully driven the design and implementation of more than ten System on Chips (SoCs) and twenty processor cores across various roles. Their extensive expertise encompasses all aspects of SoC and IP design, from architecture through post-silicon validation. Previously, Achuta held significant positions at Texas Instruments and Cyrix Corporation, contributing to high-profile projects and mentoring emerging engineers. Achuta earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Osmania University and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
