Ben Chu

Ben Chu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Deputy Director at 聯發科 since July 2022. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of Deputy Director at Richtek from March 2007 to July 2022, where leadership focused on design quality improvement and management of tier1 custom power management ICs for IT display solutions. Ben's earlier experience includes roles as Senior Manager and Deputy Manager at Himax Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed the design of DC/DC converters and synchronous MOSFET driver ICs, and as Senior Engineer at TSMC, providing customer technical support and managing a DFM program. Ben holds a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering from NCTU, completed in 1998, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from National Chiao Tung University, conferred in 1996.
