Beth Ji

Beth Ji, SPHR, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Recruiter at MediaTek since November 2021. Previously, Beth worked at Supernova FJ, LLC from January 2015 to March 2020, where efficient workflow processes were established, and independent contractors were sourced and screened. Earlier roles included Assistant Recruiting Manager and HR Specialist at MA Labs, and a graduate assistant at the Center for Chinese Business, West Virginia University, where program facilitation and training coordination were key responsibilities. Additionally, Beth coordinated language training programs at the Shanghai Education Center for Administrators. Beth holds a Master’s degree in HR/Industrial Relations from West Virginia University, along with a Bachelor's degree from Shanghai Normal University.
