Chen-Ling Chou

Chen-Ling (Jenny) Chou is a seasoned professional in the fields of system-on-chip (SoC) architecture, digital signal processing (DSP), and artificial intelligence (AI), currently serving as a Senior Technical Manager at MediaTek, focusing on SoC power and performance optimization. Previously, Chou held significant roles at Google, leading DSP architecture for Pixel devices, and at Amazon Web Services, where leadership in AI-related runtime and hardware platforms was emphasized. An extensive background at Qualcomm involved performance analysis and engineering, while prior experience includes roles at GE Global Research Center and Carnegie Mellon University, contributing to embedded systems and many-core architectures. Educational qualifications include a PhD from Carnegie Mellon University, alongside Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from National Chiao Tung University in electronics and control engineering.
