Chengwei Chen

ChengWei Chen has extensive experience in software and compiler development, currently serving as a Director at MediaTek since March 2011, after progressing through roles including Deputy Director and Senior Manager. Prior to MediaTek, ChengWei was a Software Manager at Marvell from January 2005 to March 2011, where the responsibility included establishing the compiler team for ARM superscalar processors in Taiwan. Additionally, ChengWei held an Adjunct Assistant Professor position at the National Taiwan University of Science & Technology for Compiler Design and worked as a Research Scientist at the IC Design Technology Center of National Tsing Hua University. Early academic roles included lecturing on programming languages at National Tsing Hua University. ChengWei holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Computer Science from National Tsing Hua University, obtained in 2002 and 1997, respectively.
