Chieh-An Hung

Chieh-An (Andrew) Hung is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HRIS analysis. Currently serving as a Senior HRIS Analyst at 聯發科技 since June 2021, Chieh-An focuses on RPA and generative AI solutions to enhance HR processes. Previous roles include Senior Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end recruitment for U.S. software, firmware, and hardware engineers, along with global project planning and onboarding survey management. Chieh-An also contributed as a Human Resources Project Specialist at BenQ Materials Corp, leading an ESG project that earned notable awards. Additional experiences include roles in training and HR business partnership in major firms such as Taiwan Mobile and CTBC Bank.
