Chin-Te Lu is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of expertise in physical implementation methodology, spanning from RTL to GDS across advanced process nodes from 28nm to 2nm. Currently serving as Senior Department Manager at 聯發科 since March 2013, Chin-Te has led projects related to Smartphone SOCs, Thin Modems, IoT, and Ethernet while developing advanced process node flows. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Engineer at GUC from December 2008 to March 2013, where responsibilities encompassed customer technical liaison, cross-team coordination, and comprehensive design hand-offs involving optimization, timing closure, and DFT implementation. Chin-Te holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from National Chiao Tung University, obtained between 2006 and 2008.
