Cyril Valadon is a highly experienced professional in the field of mobile communications and digital signal processing. Currently serving as the Technical Director for Physical Layer Architecture at MediaTek since February 2014, Cyril has previously held significant roles, including Global PHY Lead and MStar Cambridge Engineering Manager at MStar Semiconductor and Group Manager of the Physical Layer Algorithms Group at Motorola. Cyril's career began at the Centre for Communications Systems Research (CCSR) in Surrey as a Research Assistant. Cyril holds a PhD in Mobile Communications from the University of Surrey and a Diplome d'Ingenieur in Digital Communications and Digital Signal Processing from Télécom Paris.
