Emmanuel Chege

Emmanuel Chege is a Wireless Communication Software Engineer at MediaTek, where contributions to advanced cellular communication systems include defining new standards and designing modem chipsets for new protocols. Previously, Emmanuel served as a Security, Compliance, and Monitoring Engineer at Nitec Solutions, managing Azure environments and resolving complex customer issues through strong network troubleshooting skills. Earlier experience as a Research Assistant at Hochschule Merseburg involved researching the effects of fading and mobility on Device-to-Device communication, with enhancements to network models using OMNet++ simulations. Emmanuel holds a Master of Science in Electronics Engineering from Queen's University Belfast and two degrees from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology: a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication & Information Engineering.
