Eric Tseng

Eric Tseng is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry with a robust background in protocol standardization and technical management. Currently serving as a Manager and Technical Manager at 聯發科技 since February 2014, Eric is responsible for the quality of the company's IMS solutions, specifically designing test plans for VoLTE, VoWIFI, and ViLTE features. Prior to this role, Eric worked at HTC from October 2008 to February 2014, where responsibilities included serving as a Principal Engineer in the Protocol Standardization Department and representing HTC in Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) meetings to establish Device Management protocols. Eric's early career included solving protocol issues in the Protocol Development Department, where familiarity with IoT verification procedures was developed. Eric holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from National Tsing Hua University and a Bachelor's degree from National Chiao Tung University.
