Eva Chen

Eva Chen is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple industries in the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for APJ at 联发科技 since March 2020, Eva also heads HR in Singapore and APJ Learning and Development. Previously, as HR Group Director and Business Partner at Cadence Design Systems, Eva led a high-performing HR team throughout Asia Pacific and significantly enhanced HR team performance. Earlier roles include HR Director positions at Miele and Varian, Inc., where Eva facilitated major organizational changes and developed key HR initiatives. Eva's career commenced as an HR Associate at GE Capital, after earning a master's degree in anthropology and a bachelor's degree in international business from National Taiwan University.
