Gemma Noonan

Gemma Noonan is currently the HR Director for Europe at MediaTek, where they lead the European HR team and support business leaders in achieving strategic goals. With a strong background in HR, Gemma previously served as HR and Operations Director, leading teams across Europe and implementing key Learning and Development programs. Between 2001 and 2007, they held various HR roles at AspenTech and Convergys. Additionally, Gemma is a certified Executive Coach and volunteers as a Governor/Chair of Governor for two schools. Above all, they value their role as a parent to two boys.
