Hunglin Hsu

Hunglin Hsu is an experienced engineering executive with a strong background in computer architecture and chip design. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager and Chief Computer Architect at MediaTek since May 2023, Hunglin has previously held key roles such as VP of Engineering at Arteris, where efficiency and design flow optimization were significant achievements. As Sr. VP of Engineering at FLC Technology Group, innovative developments in memory architecture for high-performance computing and AI were led, while at Marvell Semiconductor Inc., Hunglin progressed through various leadership positions contributing to the development of custom ARM cores and memory subsystems across multiple international teams. Early career roles included design engineering at notable companies such as Sony Electronics and Hitachi Micro System Inc., with a solid educational foundation in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan and National Cheng Kung University.
