Jamie Chen

Jamie Chen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of Corporate Function HRBP and the Director of the Global HR Program Office at 聯發科技 since September 2014. Key responsibilities include employee experience management and journey analytics to enhance organization development and talent engagement. Previously, Jamie held the position of Director, Head of China Human Resources, overseeing China organization management and talent development across six sites, managing over 4,100 employees. Earlier roles include Corporate Development & Business Partner Division Director and HRD Director, focusing on talent and leadership development. Prior experience at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company spanned various HR roles, including HR Account Manager and Corporate People Development Program Manager. Jamie holds a Master’s degree in Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
