Julia Chu

Julia Chu is an experienced HR professional with a strong track record in human resources management, currently serving as an HR Manager at MediaTek since May 2015. In this role, Julia functions as a Human Resources Business Partner for East Coast offices, overseeing full cycle recruitment, talent management, and the development and facilitation of organizational programs. Julia's prior experience includes roles at TSMC, where responsibilities ranged from designing training programs to conducting performance management processes. Julia also contributed to education as a Chinese Language Teacher at Lexington Chinese School, enhancing students' language skills through innovative teaching methods.
