Ken Kao

Ken Kao is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in semiconductor technology and design. Currently serving as Deputy Director of Technology at MediaTek since December 2019, Ken is involved in the development of N5/N4/N3 technology for ARM CPU design. Ken previously held various roles at MediaTek, including Deputy Director, where responsibilities encompassed timing and IR signoff criteria for N7 and other advanced processes, as well as leading a team in Bangalore for the first N10 smartphone project. Ken’s career also includes managerial experience at Global Unichip Corp. and earlier positions at Mediatek Inc. and Silicon Integrated Systems Corp. Ken holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from National Tsing Hua University.
