Leroy Lin

Leroy Lin possesses extensive experience in technical management and engineering, having worked at MediaTek from February 2008 to July 2019 in roles such as Senior Technical Manager, where leadership of a small engineering team focused on the C model of hardware functions occurred, and Technical Manager, where the development of the performance model (P model) for the first in-house GPU was achieved. Prior experience includes a position as a Senior Engineer maintaining the driver of a hardware Demultiplexer in the DTV business unit. Following MediaTek, Leroy Lin served as Technical Manager at Kneron from July 2019 to February 2022, leading a team to redesign the C model of the KDP720 NPU chip, successfully implementing features like RTL and C model co-simulation. Leroy Lin's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from National Taiwan University, with expertise in C++, device drivers, and various additional skills.
