Mohamed Alaa

Mohamed Alaa is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in wireless communications and digital design. Currently serving as a Senior Wireless Modem Architect at MediaTek since March 2021, Mohamed previously held roles as ASIC Digital Design Team Leader and Senior Digital Design Engineer at Si-Vision, where contributions included the architecture and RTL coding of Link Layer controllers for Bluetooth standards 4.2 and 5. Prior to this, Mohamed worked as an Embedded Software Engineer at Axxcelera Egypt Broadband Wireless, focusing on the development of critical components within the 3GPP LTE Standard. Academically, Mohamed holds a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Cairo University, supplemented by a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the same institution.
