Nam do

Nam Do is an experienced Physical Design Engineer with a strong background in semiconductor design and development. Currently employed at MediaTek since August 2021, Nam is responsible for managing approximately 2.7 million instances and around 300 macros of blocks in floorplanning, placement, clock tree synthesis, routing, timing closure, physical verification, and IR analysis for 4nm technology. Prior to this role, Nam worked at Uniquify Inc from June 2017 to July 2021, where responsibilities included handling RTL to GDS processes for block-level designs at 22/28nm technology, as well as managing synthesis, floorplanning, placement, clock tree synthesis, routing, physical verification, and tape-out for blocks comprising approximately 1 million instances across 8 sub-blocks. Nam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, earned between 2012 and 2017.
