Paul Ko

Paul Ko is the Deputy Director of Technology at MediaTek, where they have led the device model team since 2005 and collaborated extensively with foundries worldwide. With over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Paul has worked in various capacities, including forming SPICE models and optimizing device technology. Prior to MediaTek, they held a position as a Senior Production Engineer at Sunplus and contributed to device technology at TSMC. Paul earned a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NCTU.
