Paul Liang is an accomplished Assistant General Manager with extensive experience in telecommunications and radio system architecture. They held leadership roles at Panasonic, Tropian, and MediaTek, where they led innovative projects in next-generation cellular transmitter designs and receiver architectures, accumulating over 45 US patents. Paul earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan after obtaining a Master's degree there and a Bachelor's degree from National Tsing Hua University. Currently, they serve as the head of Radio System Architecture at MediaTek.
