Pragdev Panda is an experienced engineering professional with a background in semiconductor design and test methodologies. Starting as an ASIC Design Engineer at Open Silicon Research Private Limited from July 2005 to June 2008, Pragdev implemented DFT on multi-million gate designs and developed STA constraints. Subsequently, Pragdev worked at Nokia India Pvt Ltd as a Senior R & D Engineer from July 2008 to December 2010, focusing on DFT specific Licensee requirements and design. A tenure at Renesas Mobile India Pvt Ltd followed from December 2010 to September 2013 as a Specialist in ASIC, where responsibilities included overall DFT strategy and test constraints development. Pragdev then served as a Principal Engineer at BroadCom India Pvt Ltd from October 2013 to August 2014, contributing to UPF development for modem IP. Currently, Pragdev is a Department Manager and Project Lead at MediaTek since October 2017. Pragdev holds a B Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, earned from 2001 to 2005.
