Rajiv Krishna

Rajiv Krishna serves as the Staffing Lead at MediaTek in Bangalore since June 2016, where responsibilities include implementing staffing strategies to support talent growth at the R&D center. Prior experience includes a role as Staffing Solution Partner Consultant at Broadcom, where talent acquisition solutions were provided, and as Senior HR Executive at Emulex, leading talent acquisition efforts that resulted in substantial growth for the company. Rajiv also held a position as Senior Executive at Sasken, focusing on recruitment for semiconductor and handset practices, and began the career as an HR intern at Ikanos Communications. Rajiv holds a B.E. in Electronics & Communications from Visvesvaraya Technological University, earned between 2001 and 2004.
