Rick Chen

Rick Chen is a Deputy Director at MediaTek, where they lead a program development team and focus on OSAT management and production yield improvement. They previously held positions as Director of PTE at Amkor Technology, Inc., and Director of Testing at Huatian Technology (Kunshan) Electronics Co., Ltd., where they built engineering teams and enhanced operational processes. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Technical Manager at Siliconware Precision Industries Co., Ltd. and as a Test Manager at NVIDIA. Rick Chen is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in EMBA from National Cheng Kung University.
