Ryan Chen

Ryan Chen is a seasoned professional in the technology sector with extensive experience at MediaTek, where roles included General Manager for the DTV Business Unit and General Manager for the Computing System Engineering Unit from 2012 to 2017. In these positions, Ryan led efforts in AI technology, SoC architecture, CPU and GPU technology, power and thermal management, and compiler technology, contributing to the development of groundbreaking innovations such as the world's first mobile heterogeneous multiprocessing (HMP) technology and Tri-cluster Dec-core technology. Ryan currently serves as General Manager of the Computing and AI Technology Group and an Executive Consultant, both based in Taiwan. Ryan holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Chiao Tung University.
