Timothy Ying

Timothy (Tianyu) Ying is a Senior Technical Manager at MediaTek, where they support customer projects for DFT and Testing. They have extensive experience in the semiconductors industry, previously working as a Senior Staff DFT Engineer at Seagate Technology and a Staff Design Engineer at Marvell. Timothy has honed their expertise in DFT, Mbist, and ASIC design throughout their career, contributing to numerous projects and optimizing testing processes. They earned a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Fudan University.
