They previously held roles as a Technical Manager and Senior Engineer at MediaTek, contributing to LTE protocol development and the launch of mobile devices worldwide. Tuan-Che earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from National Tsing Hua University in 2010 and served as a visiting scholar at Cornell University.
