Xian Lu

Xian Lu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Director at MediaTek since May 2008. In this role, Xian Lu oversees the Design for Test (DFT) technology, managing the delivery of DFT central flow and methodology across all MediaTek design teams and executing ultra-large scale chip DFT processes. Prior to this, Xian Lu held the position of Deputy Director, focusing on local team management, technology development, and ASIP design verification. Earlier experience includes serving as a technical manager responsible for ASIC front-end design flow development and project lead at 威盛电子, where responsibilities included IC verification and front-end implementation.
