Xiang Wang

Xiang (Shawn) Wang, Ph.D., is a Staff Test Engineer at MediaTek, bringing over four years of experience in manual and automated hardware/software testing for smart devices. They have expertise in RAN, NR, and LTE mobile networks, and are proficient with various industry-standard tools. Previously, they led the Field Test Team at OnePlus and have over five years of hands-on R&D experience in mechanical engineering and polymer science. Xiang earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science and Engineering from Sichuan University.
