Ying Rao

Ying Rao is currently a Power Architect at MediaTek, having joined the company in 2022. Previously, Ying served as an ASIC Design Engineer at Qualcomm from 2006 to 2022, where they led chip power implementation and modem subsystem design. Prior to that, Ying worked as a Software Engineer at Nokia from 2004 to 2006 and was a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2002 to 2004. Ying holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology at Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications.
