Rob Chase

Rob Chase has had an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Rob started their career at Deloitte in 1989 as a Manager and worked there until 1997. From 1997 to 1999, they served as an Executive Compensation Consultant at Towers Perrin. In the year 2000, they joined Absolute Software as the Director of Finance and Corporate Controller, eventually working their way up to Chief Operating Officer, a position they held until 2014. In 2013, they joined PNI Digital Media Ltd as a Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee. In 2015, they took on multiple roles, serving as the Chairman of the Board at MediaValet and as a Director and Audit Committee Chair at HITCASE. Rob became the Executive Chair and Interim CFO of MediaValet in 2018 and later served as the Executive Chair of the Board and Director before becoming the Chief Executive Officer in 2023.

Rob Chase completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree at Simon Fraser University from 1987 to 1991. Rob then pursued further education at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia, where they obtained their Chartered Accountant Designation between 1990 and 1992. Later, in 2015-2016, Rob attended the Institute of Corporate Directors, where they obtained the ICD.D degree in Business Strategy, Governance, and Professional Directorship.
