Joshua Lederman

Joshua Lederman is the Advisor at MediaZilla. Joshua has over 20 years of experience in product leadership, execution, user discovery, shaping product strategy, and championing organization-wide alignment.

Previously, Joshua was the VP Product / VP Solutions at Slingshot Aerospace from March 2020 to November 2021. At Slingshot Aerospace, they led the Product & Engineering departments and transformed the team structure of across product, design, engineering, data science and astrodynamicists to increase the EQ of the team resulting in an increase in team dynamics. Joshua also spearheaded tech organization and cloud-native event-driven architecture unification based on product vision and strategy leading to a 20% reduction in AWS monthly spend and standardization across products.

Under Joshua's leadership, Slingshot Aerospace was able to bring Beacon MVP to market in two months and Slingshot Lab to market while delivering government contract requirements. Joshua also championed user-centric discovery to engagements, transforming Slingshot’s product development process through jobs to be done, UX interviewing processes amassing 70+% contract award rates. As a result of Joshua's efforts, Slingshot Aerospace was able to exceed their 2020 revenue target.

Joshua Lederman received a Bachelor of Science in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Penn State University.
