Jeff Jacobs

As Medic's Grants Manager, Jeff supports their mission by forming multi-year partnerships, pursuing new funding opportunities, and developing relationships with institutions and individual philanthropists. He is passionate about community health workers, health equity, and the power of using technology for good. Jeff has nearly a decade of private, public, and government sector experience, including fieldwork in Bangladesh and three years working for the United States Antarctic Program.

Jeff holds a BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and an MPH in Community Health Sciences from the Fielding School of Public Health at UCLA.
