Lorena Rodriguez

Lorena is a 2008 University graduate, and her first job was as a Junior Developer at a mobile phone, TV and internet services company. From that moment until recently she was still in the same company, working specifically in the area in charge of the voice, data and SMS traffic rating and credit system, last years as a Developer Team Lead and Projects Management in the area. In 2010 she did a Master’s at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain, with a scholarship granted by Itaipu Binacional.

Lorena had the opportunity to work with various technologies and on smaller and larger scale projects. In all these years at the core she learned many technologies: SQL, PL / SQL Oracle, Postgres, Java, and others. She loves learning new technologies. As part of her tasks as a leader, she had to ensure the quality of the applications, conducting tests at various levels. Software Quality Assurance is a topic that she is very passionate about.She is a mother of two, an eight-year-old boy and a four-year-old girl. Every time they can, she loves to travel with her family to the coasts of Brazil or Uruguay to enjoy the beach.
